You're Gonna Hear Me Roar!

I'm sure by now you've all known the melody to that particular song.
Sitting at around midnight alone in the kitchen, I found myself humming to Katy Perry's Roar. See, I've always liked Ms. Perry, since I first heard "U R Gay" a few years ago in the middle of music class in high school, through the times my dad scolded me for singing "I wanna see your peacock" all day, and had my eyes bawled in front of my laptop when "Thinking of You"'s video came out.
I personally like her personality (though I don't even know her) and who can deny her talent?
Anyways, I decided to cover another amazing hit by Katy Perry and then as I went for a run with my sister and Tanya, I thought I'd make a little video for the cover I had done a few hours earlier.
I shivered as I exported this, I'm not sure I was ready to upload a video of me singing again. I've always loved singing, I've done countless performances throughout my school years, but I haven't done one in so long that it made me really really nervous. I've taken the time to edit, and my friend's time to film, so it's only fair to just put it out there already. As if my nervousness wasn't enough, I tried uploading this 15 times but still, the video, that looks absolutely HD and clear on my screen, decided to turn to crap on youtube's 360p resolution. If you ever decided to see it, please move it up to 720p, it looks slightly better.

It was nonetheless a beautiful, beautiful day and Oulu has once again gave me a wonderful space to drop my jaw in amazement. It was almost like a dream; the lake, the falling orange and pink leaves, the sun, everything was perfect. I hope you, too, are having a perfect day!

Rimmel & Sally Hansen Nail Polishes Review

See, they don't have Rimmel in Indonesia (at least I think they don't..whoops) and I've seen some great reviews of their Professional Finish nail polish that claims to be able to hold their shit together for up to 10 days. I felt somewhat challenged hearing so, I have honestly ruined every nail polish I ever put on my nails during at least the first 4 hours.
So I picked up two of these adorable candy colors, the greenish blue is called "500 Peppermint" and the adorable pink is called "297 Show Off." They were about 6 Euros each.
A few months ago (or more) I remember this one phase when everybody was so much into nail art and some other magical nail tricks like cracks and magnet. I've always wanted to try to feel the magnetic force upon my nails, so I also took this Sally Hansen magnetic polish "907 Electric Emerald" to the cashier and paid for it (duh.) Oh, I believe you can get this in Indonesia (:
I absolutely love the color of the Sally Hansen polish, though, I'm not sure that I like it as much after I magnetized it. It makes me a little dizzy just looking at it, the patterns and visual reminds me of a 3D Snake, is that weird?. One thing about Sally Hansen that I've always liked is the quality of their nail polishes. I find them to be very firm and easy to put on and to dry. The finished texture is always very smooth compared to cheaper nail polishes like The Face Shop's, which I have LOTS of, but was never satisfied by.
As you can see, my hands are very tan, perhaps it's because they're the one part of my body that I never cover no matter how cold Oulu has gotten. Bright colors can be a big "No-NO!" to some of you with darker skin tone like mine, but really, I feel like sometimes you just have to be bold and choose the colors that not only look good on you, but also ones that make you happy. I really like these Rimmel colors. Although they don't appear to be as strong as the Sally Hansen one, I will still see how long it takes till it's ruined and whether or not they live up to their promises, and whether or not any of these will be in my "Best Purchase of the Month!" (:

Biggest Kebab Ever!

A few of my friends have commented on all the foodgasm photos I've posted on several social medias that everything in Finland seems bigger than the rest of the planet. Haha, they have not seen how small Oulu is. But the food here are indeed massive in size but most are so worth it. Take this amazing amazing kebab for an example, I could've sworn I've never had any better Kebab in my life. My friends and I have gone here twice now, and we saved up to come again since a week ago. Although the guy who owns the restaurant is Turkish, this still makes me really want to go to Turkey and try like an authentic Turkish Kebab. Yum.
I also went to H&M and got a really nice blue knitted top and a few other things!
I had on my usual CoolJeans Jeggings with my Caprice Boots, Sparkle & Fade Top and a long H&M Cardigan that I really like because it gives your curvy body shape and that longer look.
I had a terrible headache that I skipped make up, any hair enhancements and just grabbed my Gold Watch from Guess to accessorize my appearance a little bit.
Tyo is always always always on his phone 24/7 *judging look*
