Mein Liebstes Deutschland,

I've got a history with the country.
Since I was very young, the only place I believe will be where my next life would happen is Germany. My father lived in Germany for 14 years before returning to Indonesia, and all I knew, that's where I was supposed to go too. I root for Germany in the world cup or any other tournaments, my favorite footballer (to this day) is Miroslav Klose, and I memorized a lot of facts and names of things since I was young.
I grew up and things change.
I wanted to study something between Performing Arts and Business (They're very different, but very complimenting to one another too in some contexts,) and Germany is no longer where my heart is. I did give it a year to try going there, but it wasn't working out.
I still love everything about it, and I knew I will come there at some point, just not for university now.
Surprise surprise, the 2013 Euro trip from my current uni happened.
Up to tonight, I didn't know how to round up how I feel about Germany, but these past week I've done a lot of work for a German foundation and I thought it's time to share my experience there.
So, we started off in Stuttgart, visiting my best friend of 12 years, Maisy who studies in Germany. Stuttgart is known for its Mercedes Benz Museum (which honestly is the best museum I've ever visited)
I decided to wear something very casual, a button up over a white tshirt and jeans.

Button-Up Shirt from H&M
Jeans from CoolJeans
Boots from DocMarten
Bag from Proenza Schouler
It just so happens that the week we visited was Maisy's birthday week (jokes, I totally planned it.) WE had a very nice barbecue outside, on a very nice sunny morning on October the 19th 2013.
I look very chubby here, I'm not sure why, but I had chosen to wear a very loose t-shirt and a mini-jeans-skirt that's very comfortable.

Skirt from CoolJeans
We then hit up the town for some nice day out and Starbucks beverages (so common-white-girls of us, though we're not really white girls)
I wore that same jeans that I've been wearing for a month, pairing it up with a knee-length boots, a tank top and Maisy's gorgeous jacket from Zara.
I didn't want to leave Stuttgart, but the journey must go on.
Next was Berlin.
Berlin is an amazing place which I genuinely love like nothing else. Everything about Berlin screams dreamy. There's such a great energy in this city, that keeps me glimmering days after I had left it.
One of the place we just had to visit is the wall (above) and the Brandenburger Tor (below)
(I just had to get a photo of Starbucks, okay?)
(I also sat there writing postcards to friends and family)
To Brandenburger Tor I wore a simple same jeans, the same boots, and

Maroon Cardigan from H&M

After Berlin, we visited a few relatives living in Bonn and Wuppertal.

Germany will forever hold a special place in my heart. I was very nervous to come, I didn't know what to expect from a place that's been a long life dream of mine. Thankfully I have amazing people in my life, and my companion for the trip, Tanya Claresta and Nazneen. Well, now that I've shared all these, I will most definitely try to go back, hopefully I am able to do so. What's country is your long life dream to visit?

Jewelries Haul!

Good day, wild roses!
I am sick in bed, with my third box of tissue next to me.
Currently, it's a rainy sunday morning, huh, where have I heard that before. -_-
But anyways, nothing make any horrible day brighter like new accessories! YAY!
I honestly am a jewelry-junkie. My father is in the industry, eversince I was a child, I ALWAYS, have something on me. One of my favorite brands since I was very young, DIVA, had just launched a new store in the mall near my music school, I decided to splurge on a few stuff!
1. I went to Forever 21 and got a couple stuff including this sunnies, which is so adorable. It's got floral pattern and EVERYONE can rock a good ol' RayBan-style sunnies! (:
2. Also from forever 21 is this cuff-bracelet that has crystal details which looks gorgeous paired with other bracelets!
3. I saw this and instantly got it! The mint color is so adorable, I can't help but getting it. PLUS, it was on a half-price sale for like $10.
4. Hearts & Pearl. I'm a sucker for anything that looks retro like this. I just find it so pretty, even just to look at!
5. I don't know if you can really see how fancy this pink-feather earrings are from this photo. But they are really fancy. Just absolutely beautiful.
6. Another retro-looking piece that I had worn last night to a birthday party, looks absolutely stunning.
7. A set of vintage accessories. They don't look that good in photograph, but they're very simple and effortlessly gorgeous. I love it.
8. THIS EARRINGS HAVE BELLS. I probably shouldn't sound too excited about them, but they look very bohemian, I had to get them.
9. MY ABSOLUTE FAVORITE piece. They resemble a dream-catcher, I can't express how beautiful I find them. A little too much for daily accessories, but it would look great with a simple outfit for a night out.
10. This one is just a friendship bracelet with a little heart charm that I got for my friend, Ruthfi and I, as a delivery present. She's now a mum! It's crazy.
The prices of these items are varied, on average from US$10 - $20
(US$ 1 = Rp. 11 764.7059)
Well, well, well,
Life's been very hectic. I finished third semester and now on holiday until 4th semester starts.
[Oh the business world won't stop turning.]
I accidentally knocked over my tripod the other week, and broke my camera lens :'(
I have never been so upset in breaking anything in my life. I am working really hard to be able to fix it, my life's such a blur with no lens to look through.
Other than that, I still post videos on my Youtube channel, youtube.com/NessieJudge, please check it out and subscribe if you like the crazy content of it.
Ah being sick sucks, it's even hard to sound happy!
I hope you're all well!

2014 Wish List

Hello Random Citizen!
I've never done a general wish list on this blog (I did a make up wish list half a year ago.) Since it's still January, sort of, I thought that it's sort of appropriate to make a little wish list.
These are the things that I'd like to own in 2014 or if not, later in life,
1. Canon D600 Camera
Obviously I use my camera a lot, and as much as I love my 500d, it'd be a little bit easier to make videos with camera with a view finder. This camera is literally no different than mine if it weren't for the view finder. I'm still debating on whether or not I should get one.
2. iPhone 5
Currently my phone is the 4/4s, I don't know the difference, but it's almost 2 years old and it's starting to lag a lot. I've never stuck to one phone for more than 1 year, the reason is because the fast pace of changes in technology is too hard to miss out. I don't know why iPhones have to be so expensive, why can't they be like Nokia.
3. Alexander Wang Black Rocco
OMG, I've wanted this for aaaaaaaages, but it's too damn expensive that I don't feel like I, as a human being that does nothing buy procrastinate, deserve it. It's such a gorgeous bag that I would trade one of my kidneys with. Not really, but you know what I mean.
4. Memory Hard Disk
I create a lot of videos and photos and my laptop is starting to lag because of over saved content I have in it. Thus, it would be very convenient to empty this bad boy so it can run again!
5. Hair-straightener
My hair is as bad as a bat nest most of the time, I need to tame it! I've wanted this for the longest time, but I'm concerned of how damaging it could be. My hair gradually falls like rain already.
6. (More) Toms Shoes
I want more Toms! That bastard, ever since I own a pair, nothing else ever please me. They treat my feet like queens and I like it. I think the red one is adorable, what do you reckon?
7. White Converse
I used to have a few pairs of converse, I'd like to have them back in my collection, best shoes ever.
8. Nars Duo Blush-Bronzer
I own a little more varieties of makeup than I probably should or need, thus I only have a few things I'd like in this wish-list. This duo is absolutely amazing, my cousin owns one and I fell in love with it.
9. The NAKED Palette
I've already owned the Basic Naked Palette, and have been absolutely loving it. Why does it have to be so expensive though.
10. Collection 2000 Lasting Perfection Concealer
The only reason this isn't allover my whole life is because it's only available in the UK. I've heard such great things about this, it isn't so pricey either. If only it's available in my country.

What is on your 2014 wish-list?
Let me know, I'll pray we get them all! (:
